The Casting Floor

Forty-eight thousand square feet where the casting machines stood, with the floor anchors left in place. Seven hundred machines, 36 tables and a sportsbook.

The Print Shop

Two working presses and a full case of foundry type. Anyone can set their name and pull a print, free, most afternoons.

The Lake

Twelve minutes to the water, a path along the river from the door, and bicycles free to borrow from April.
